No. The site assessment and quote are free and obligation-free. If you go ahead, you sign a fixed-price installation agreement that sets out the equipment, warranty terms and install date, with no ongoing contract required after the system is commissioned.
Most customers pay by bank transfer or card, and many installations also qualify for government rebates such as small-scale technology certificates and, where eligible, the Cheaper Home Batteries Program, which reduce the upfront cost before you pay.
